Essence Coaching will be opening with a launch event on April 20, 2017 at the Port Elgin Library. The presentation, “Living a Life of Significance”, will provide inspiration and tools to attendees looking to give their busy lives greater meaning and purpose.
“Many people long to do more and be more, but often feel lost or that something is missing from their lives. This presentation will provide tools and perspectives to help them clarify their sense of purpose and start taking charge of the direction of their lives,” said owner of Essence Coaching, Lara Javalyn.
Working with a coach is a time-tested way for athletes, and professionals, to break through limiting beliefs, develop training plans and take focused action. Using challenging questions, deep listening, reflection, reports, and accountability, coaches partner with their clients to clarify and design their lives. Lead coach, Lara, has been coaching and consulting with individuals and groups for the past two years in Canada, the US, and abroad. Lara takes a results-driven approach to working with clients and enjoys coaching high-performing individuals that wish to take their businesses and lives to the next level.
